6-8th graders are reading then meeting to discuss:

9-12th graders are reading then meeting to discuss:
July 7 – Whale Talk by Chris Crutcher
July 14 – A Solitary Blue by Cynthia Voigt
July 21 – Three Little Words: A memoir by Ashley Rhodes Courter
All book club meetings are at the library from 3-4 p.m.
Programs are free and no registration is required. Limited numbers of book club books are available for checkout at the library.
Eclipse movie swag drawing
Visit the El Reno Carnegie Library today to enter our drawing for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse swag! We’ve got T-shirts, pins, hats, and posters all courtesy of B&B Theater’s Reno Cinema 8!
The drawing will be held June 28. Eclipse opens June 30.
Teen Volunteers needed!
If you’re entering 6-12th grades and looking for something to do in June, the library can help! We need YOUR help with our children’s summer reading program.
Who can volunteer? those entering 6-12th grades
How do you sign up? Just show up! We’ll have you fill out a form with your name and contact info and you can start helping out right away!
When does the library need volunteers? We welcome volunteers during these hours in June:
Tuesdays: 9:30 – 11:30 am
Wednesdays: 9:30 – 11:30 am
Thursdays: 1:30 – 4:30 pm
Special date – Saturday, June 26 from 9 – 11:30 am @ Lake El Reno

Memorial Day Weekend – Library closed
The library will be closed May 29, 30, and 31 for the Memorial Day weekend.
Library closed for Burger Day
The library will be closed May 1 for Burger Day. Library staff will be working the Burger Day Information Booth from 9 am to Noon.
