About the Library
All residents of Canadian County are eligible for a library card.
How to get a library card:
1. Visit the library to fill out an application for a library card.
2. Show proof of address. This can be an I.D., bill, check, piece of mail, etc. that states the applicant’s name and CURRENT ADDRESS.
Children ages 15 and under must have a parent or guardian present to sign their library card.
The El Reno Carnegie Library provides the following services:
- 2 Week checkouts for books, magazines, books-on-tape or CD, and videos.
- 2 Week renewals in person or by phone
- 4 Public Internet access computers
- Wireless Internet access
- Black & White printing – $0.10 per page
- Black & White copies – $0.10 per page
- Faxes – $1.00 per page to send, $.0.25 per page to receive
- Interlibrary Loan – $2.00 per book for postage
- Reference Assistance
- Programming for children, teens, and adults
